I love soup, but I find that it’s hard to get it all eaten in our home. After taking the time to cook it, I relish that first bowl. Then I may have a second one later, but really, how much of one flavour can a person eat? Some soups will freeze well, and those are the ones that we tend to make the most.
Here are some of my favourites, even if I don’t get around to making them very often.
